I have been serving the residents of Summit County for over 25 years in many different roles. In 2013 I began my service as Judge on the Summit County Common Pleas Court, General Division. I was elected to a full 6-year term in 2014 and now seeking re-election for a second full term in 2020.
In 2017 and 2018 I was selected by my Judicial Colleagues to service as presiding judge of the Common Pleas Court overseeing both the petit and grand jury processes.
Also in 2017 I added a specialty drug court docket to my duties called Turning Point. I pledge in my second term to continue to serve our residents and keep our community safe.
I am active in our community serving as a Fellow of the Akron Bar Foundation, a member of the Summit County Criminal Justice Advisory Board, the Summit County Opiate Task Force, National Association of Drug Court Professionals, the American Bar Association, the Akron Crime Clinic, The Fraternal Order of Police Associates #6. Judge Croce also finds time to volunteer for many local organizations, including Magic City Kiwanis and Summit County Catholic Charities Women’s Board. In 2017, I was awarded the “Outstanding Judge” award by the Northeast Chapter of MADD.
